Every time the Spurs lose, somebody starts a De’Aaron Fox trade rumor.
It’s not happening.
Fox is exactly where the Spurs want him to be, and the organization didn’t invest this much in him to panic after one bad night.
It took a lot of effort and maneuvering and even some behind the scenes shenanigans to get this All-Star to San Antonio. More importantly, Wemby genuinely loves having him here.
The Spurs are not giving up on De'Aaron Fox just because fans and the media are attacking him full throttle right now.
