Across different regions, @McDonaldsCanada keeps proving the same point: drive-thru matters, dine-in doesn’t. Staff clearing my order minutes before handing it over just to fake “fast service” stats is dishonest and insulting. Customers aren’t numbers.

Worst part is your staff gets us to line up, gives us no communication and goes and hides behind doors. No staff to be found. After a delay of 20+ mins they all come out and tell us oh another 20 or so.
