Guess who got vaccinated?!💉💉💉 There aren't many benefits to having chronic illnesses, but I will gladly take this one. Feels like such a significant milestone. Not gonna lie, almost cried. Thanks to all the staff @GSTTnhs for such a straightforward experience.

We release the report on the findings of our Public Consultation on the NHS Complaint Standards today. Lots of great feedback and challenge, and we made changes as a direct result. Huge support for PHSO to get statutory powers in this space too!

Really positive and productive kick off meeting with the @PHSOmbudsman Cross Government working group looking into developing Complaint Standards for the sector, and for the benefit of those who access Government services, and staff who deliver them. Real desire to do this! 👏
