Vertical Raise is proud to support the Florida Coaches Coalition and the incredible coaches across the state of Florida! Coaches invest countless hours developing student-athletes both on and off the field, and it’s great to see legislation recognizing the value they bring to their schools and communities. We’re honored to partner with organizations that advocate for coaches and help provide the resources they need to build successful programs. Congratulations to everyone who helped make this historic moment happen. 👏🙌 #VerticalRaise #FloridaCoachesCoalition #PaidFLCoaches #SupportCoaches #StudentAthletes

🚨🚨🚨 WE DID IT! Legislation has passed in Florida! After decades of being denied what they deserve, Florida coaches will finally be valued in action, not words. A HISTORIC moment for our profession. LET THE WHOLE STATE HEAR IT! #PAIDFLCOACHES

Thank you to every program that showed up for OUR coaches in Florida. Because of you, hundreds of coaches left with more knowledge, insight, and tools to take back to their programs. 2027 Clinic loading… Think it can’t get bigger? Spoiler Alert: It will 👊 #PayFLCoaches

A powerful night at the Florida Coach of the Year Awards. We honored the legends who built it, recognized the elite who lead it, celebrated the athletic directors who sustain it, and welcomed the next generation who will elevate it. This is how you honor a profession. We’re not just advocating for compensation. We’re elevating the standard and restoring the respect this work deserves. Florida leads the way. And this is only the beginning. #PayFLCoaches

No football clinic in Florida has had 350 paid coaches post-Covid. I told our team the goal was 750. Not only were we going to double what became the standard, we were going to rewrite the standard. We weren't just going to make sure coaches walked into the clinic. We were going to make sure they left better coaches. We weren't just going to bring in Division 1 head coaches and their staff for the hell of it. We were going to make sure they interacted with coaches and built relationships. We weren't just going to have a "rubber-chicken" banquet. We were going to change the way our coaches in Florida are honored and appreciated. Our staff at @PayFLCoaches didn't flinch. These men and women put so much effort into making this weekend happen. Every "impossible" goal I set, they made it into an "impossible reality" and for that I couldn't be more thankful.
