And much like West Ham, Moyes will likely do well with established players and struggle to get the most out of the players he recruited.

If there are question marks over the summer window, surely it’s Barry, Aznou and Dibling? I hope they all come good but I am far from confident.

KDH has had a huge impact on the midfield with his ball carrying, moverment and nose for goal. There’s nothing wrong with signing a 27 year old who instantly improves the team provided you are also buying the younger players.

Everton have made some expensive mistakes in the transfer market in recent years but Iliman Ndiaye - at £18m - was an absolute steal. A special player.
