STATEMENT BY THE YEMENI ARMED FORCES In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The Almighty said: {Indeed, Allah loves those who fight in His cause in ranks as though they are a solid structure.} God Almighty has spoken the truth. Proceeding from our religious and moral responsibility, and in view of the brutal aggression carried out by the American and Israeli enemy, which targets the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Axis of Jihad and Resistance, and our entire Islamic nation, in order to establish what is called “Greater Israel” under the banner of “reshaping the Middle East.” Within the framework of our nation’s legitimate right to confront the Zionist scheme and its executors, America and Israel, and to affirm the importance of cooperation among the peoples and states of the region in taking the rightful stance to confront American-Israeli aggression and the Zionist plan, and to strive to inflict a major defeat upon them. Based on the principled position of our Yemeni Muslim people in support of our Islamic nation, and in response to any American-Israeli aggression against any Muslim country. In light of the continued aggression of the American and Israeli enemy against the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as against Palestine and Gaza, Iraq, and Lebanon, in implementation of the Zionist project that threatens the entire nation. The Yemeni Armed Forces, in their concern for the stability and security of the region and the cessation of aggression, affirm the following: First: The American and Israeli enemy must immediately respond to international diplomatic efforts to halt the aggression against Iran and the countries of the Axis; as it is an unjust, oppressive, and unjustified aggression that harms stability and security at both the global and regional levels and damages the global economy. Second: The immediate cessation of aggression against Muslim countries in Palestine, Lebanon, Iran, and Iraq, and the lifting of the unjust blockade imposed on Yemen. Third: The implementation of the Gaza agreement and the fulfillment of the commitments contained therein regarding humanitarian obligations and the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people. Fourth: We affirm that our hands are on the trigger for direct military intervention in any of the following cases: • The formation of any additional alliances with America and Israel against the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Axis of Jihad and Resistance. • The use of the Red Sea to carry out hostile operations by America and Israel against the Islamic Republic of Iran or against any Muslim country; we will not allow this. • Continued escalation against the Islamic Republic and the Axis of Jihad and Resistance, as required by the theater of military operations. Fifth: The Yemeni Armed Forces warn against any unjust measures aimed at tightening the blockade against the Yemeni people. In conclusion: We affirm that our military operations target the Israeli and American enemy in order to thwart the Zionist project and do not target any Muslim people. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs; the best protector and the best helper. Long live Yemen—free, proud, and independent.
