English

@mitchprinstein @Spotify @AppleMusic 3) you can turn tracking on and off so that if you use the app in therapy sessions, your clients’ preferences aren’t influencing your listening recommendations (I’ve used it for mindfulness scrips, generating distress tolerance playlists, etc)
English

@mitchprinstein @Spotify @AppleMusic Personally prefer Spotify for three reasons: 1) their suggested playlist setup is more conducive (for me) to expanding the music I listen to, 2) you can create shared playlists with friends (all my friends use Spotify, so we make shared playlists before trips), and…

English

Just four fledgling clinical #psychologists, still having trouble believing that the end of internship/residency/training is just a few short weeks away! 🤯 What can we do but laugh? Thankful to have trained alongside these fantastic, brilliant women at @urmc_psych. #PhDone

@AnnaDefayette Hey Anna! Happy to help. You're able to use Private Listening, which won't influence your daily recommendations or playlist suggestions. More information on how to get started here: bit.ly/3dqBeFO. Let me know if you have any more questions /bc
