The date of the email from Jonathan Jacobson at USDOJ to several FBI / DOJ agents and Mike Frontera, counsel for Dominion, was sent on the same day that a "special" meeting was held and the Dominion Contract for Mesa was extended. Tina was not going to renew the contract and had been negotiating with Clear Ballot. Tina was removed as "Director of Elections" about one week earlier by Jena Griswold. Sheila Reiner, contracting for Dominion, and Wayne Williams were appointed to take over. Tina was not present but the contract extension bore her signature stamp for some reason. (Griswold had no real authority to do this. Most likely the only person who could have legally signed was Tina, or her deputy clerk who was put on leave before this meeting. Thus, the contract signed in August of 2024 is likely null and void.) @realtinapeters needs to be freed immediately. RICO.

Question for LVCF re: @realtinapeters latest incident: 70 year old high profile non-violent inmate is doing routine work in a closet. Another inmate goes into the closet. 70 year old non-violent inmate just had an appeal hearing that raised issues regarding: - improper SENTENCING - inability to mount a defense speaking to INTENT (namely that she intended to receive a benefit from her "scheme of deception") - convictions differing from charges that the jury was instructed on (related) - 1st amendment violations (related) - whether 3 charges should have been 1 - general idea that her prosecution and sentencing were the result of targeted weaponization *70 year old non-violent inmate has been the subject of repeated threats from within and outside the prison. 70 year old non-violent inmate, awaiting a ruling on appeal, decides to assault much younger inmate in the closet. 70 year old non-violent inmate thrown in solitary. @realtinapeters was assaulted in La Vista last night around 9 pm. Tina has been moved to solitary, and is being considered at fault for defending herself. Tina was told she is being charged with Felony assault for defending herself from an inmate several decades younger than her. Tina is 70 years old. She was shackled and brought to “IDO / the hole.” She will be held in “the hole” for at least 24-72 hours. Allegedly, the other inmate is not being charged.
