Speaking of which. Does anyone know why it burned down in 1812? In 1810 congress passed the 13th amendment that forbade anyone with a title of nobility from serving in public office. Attorneys are granted the title of nobility of "esquire" from the crown of England. That's who they take their orders from. The 2nd thing that was going on is the Bank of England's charter was due to expire in 1814 and the president opposed it. The 13th amendment also stripped anyone of his American citizenship if he accepted a title of nobility from a foreign power. @Sparkpoodle1 I think the issue some people have with it is knowing heat destroys certain nutrients, but lack the full knowledge to know which nutrients and how pasteurization works beyond heat. It's heat and time, higher hear/lower time, lower heat/longer time, same pathogen killing effect.
