My mother(claim ID- 2867464)was diagnosed with GBS syndrome on mid of Feb and my father(claim ID- 3083298) got his angioplasty done in march mid, yes we’ve already been through a lot mentally and then @Niva_Bupa decides to torture us asking for the same documents again and again which were already submitted. Getting the reimbursement is like cracking a UPSC exam these days. GBS and angioplasty both are claimable from day 1 and this is 4th year of having your insurance policy. I had submitted all the original documents including bill, first week you asked me for bill of 60k and i sent it again and now after a month you’re asking for other bills which too were submitted long long back and for proof i’ll be attaching the final bill copy here too with the discharge summary. And now i should go and get myself checked cause i feel like I’m getting anxiety trying to get the reimbursement for the claimable bills.
