Trump has done everything in his power to stop the abuse and insanity of child transition. Canada has done … nothing. Illegal immigration in the U.S. is the lowest in decades. Very different dynamic. SF and LA are losing people because the quality of life is plummeting and all demos are moving out of state (while costs soaring). They had no Covid boom. Miami is gentrifying and costs rising, so lower and middle income are going elsewhere in Florida and SE (and post Covid boom subsiding).

@MattMurabro @EvaVlaar Hmmmmm. Check your sources. Google etc says the opposite. Maybe some migration up and down the gold coast to newer hot spots, and certainly some cooling of condo prices post Covid boom, but street level reality vastly different from LA and SF.
