🚨 An Indiana man has been charged with arson after cutting off his own penis and using it to start a fire in a neighbor’s garage. Christopher Peden cut off his penis with a kitchen knife, poured gasoline on it, and set it on fire. He initially lied to police, claiming he was stabbed, before admitting what he did.
