That's the distinction that defeats the premise and the distinction that makes rape the horrible act that it is, and why this type of rhetoric waters down and detracts from actual victims. Those people shouldn't be in intimate relationships until they're fully socialized. And for the most part, I suspect they're not in relationships cause the woman would have to be an idiot to pick him, but that's why the distinction is important: If you're a woman who's annoyed by your boyfriend's constant advances, break up. It's not pressuring someone to do something harmful or illegal.
