Have been using @AudioFuel for near on 10yrs now..That can't be right?Feels like yesterday! Wouldn't run without it (or couldn't probably..)

@AudioFuel just had a run and even though it felt slow over the hour I was only <>10 seconds a mile different. It's a good bit of kit

@stevenspriggs1 For @parkrun The Polyrunner bundle will give you a different tempos to run with. Or Yelling 3 step if you want to run fast!
