The Australian Embassy in Ireland was honoured to host former Irish President Dr Mary Robinson for an engaging conversation with the Women Ambassadors Group in Ireland, in celebration of International Women’s Day. Dr Robinson shared her wisdom on ways to balance the scales & dismantle barriers preventing women & girls from being safe, heard, and empowered.

We know this has been such a difficult time for many Australians in the Middle East. Since 28 February, more than 27,000 flights passing through the region have been cancelled, with an estimated 4.4 million airline seats removed from schedules.
