Over the past few weeks in #MUEndLdrInst we've been having some great presentations about Learning Leadership. I've personally learned that practicing empathy and growing connections can strengthen your leadership capabilities. @MUEngLdrInst

As they enter into the first semester of the @MUEngLdrInst I encourage the members of Cohort 8 to always be inquisitive; asking "why" is how you will discover the leadership journey unique to YOU. #MUEngLdrInst

The one bit of advice that I would give to the new Cohort 8 is to never fall into the shadows. You should always have something that you're striving for, and if it means getting up a little bit extra early to make progress on it, then that should be in the schedule. #MUEngLdrInst
