@AvidProTools I’ve tried to reach support due to a technical licensing issue.
I also have no access on my account to the avid support centre, even though I have requested access and have an active support plan.
Can anyone from Avid please assist.

@AvidSupport I am unable to purchase Pro Tools studio as it keeps saying my zip code is invalid when trying to check out. Its definitely the correct zip code.

Your website sucks and so does your Customer Service with technical support .I had the old system that worked just fine control 24 with HD system .
I was on the phone for hours asking a few simple questions .I wouldn’t recommend this system to anyone..

@AvidSupport This must obviously be somebody different. I was told to email direct after explaining everything already. I contacted the Venice repair and they said Avid has not sent instructions or parts to be able to repair the MBox Studio. I was told I could be directly helped by email.
Purchased a @Avid MBox Studio a little over a year ago and its already went out. Since it was bought on Amazon apparently they can't help. Supported them for years just to buy something that broke so easy. Who knows where to get an MBox Studio repaired?
