If critics ever wonder why they are getting left in the dust for influencers (who I can't stand), you can blame the David Fear's of the world over at @RollingStone. When you don't even attempt to review the actual film and just want to rant at clouds, you get what you deserve.

Almost every review says it's better than Toy Story 4, while many put it up there as being in contention for best sequel.
2026 is infinitely more irony poisoned than 2019, so a 97% was never gonna happen. The few negative reviews are from the publications you'd expect.
