Shopify issue: A number of merchants are affected by a recurring issue the past 3-4 days: webhooks are spontaneously disappearing in Shopify (see your .com/admin/settings/notifications). We are investigating how to fix. For a reminder on Shopify webhooks: awesound.com/shopify

@steve53990 @awesoundapp Hi Steve, since you marked your subscription as cancelled, won’t be charged again. I see your subscription is marked as “cancel at period end”, which means you’ll still have access until Sunday at 11:21 a.m. Access will remain active until then… Enjoy the last few days!

A secure alternative to Audible: Sell your audiobook on your own website. Charge listeners your way. Run your own promos. Know who's buying. Awesound gives listeners secure access. (If you collect the customer's email, they'll also receive an access link via SMS.) Example:

Where did the links go in our episode notes @ApplePodcasts? It looks like the only HTML tag we can use now is <p>. Fully spelled out URL's auto link, but HTML links are no longer displayed. Also missing <ul>, <ol>, <b>/<strong>, <i>/<em>. Please tell me this is a bug.

@kfinn @ApplePodcasts I just talked about this today during She Podcasts. I'm heartbroken 😢 I do hope it's a bug. And I'm not even sure <p> works! My lovely episode notes don't look so lovely anymore.

Not sure if/why Apple's app would be slow to show you a private feed 🤔… I've checked your feed, and the latest episode is there. @ApplePodcasts: Mirror URLs for private feeds? Any known issues?

At 17:00 UTC (9am Pacific) today, we'll have a scheduled update that might briefly limit new purchases. Customers will see a notification to "try again in a few minutes", or can enter their email for a reminder. The disruption should last at most five minutes.
