Not a worse bank on the entire planet than @AxosBank Avoid at all costs. Literally spending my Saturday with general counsel as we prepare to file a petition for emergency injunction compelling Axos to stop committing felonies. Nebraska’s AG office is assisting. We will seek damages and punitive damages against Axos Bank. For right now, our focus is on getting the court order to compel them to stop the extortion and to close all of our accounts.
