You know when we talk about DIVERSIFICATION, many think it must be grand: Like setting up an offline business. Building a farm. Or investing in stock or something. • Diversification can be as simple as taking content creation seriously. When Higgsfield ran their campaign, do you know people that earned as high as $15K, $6K? Designers who create content daily here. The same with when Roboneo ran their campaign too. Yes, it's not stable. Gigs like Higgsfield and Roboneo do not come frequently. But so are design gigs. The idea is to have more than one source that when one isn't paying, the other could. • Diversification can be knowledge monetization. Pick something you know so well and research ways you can offer it to people and earn from it. I know Creatives that have made more from selling digital products than they have made from their actual skill. Host trainings. Webinars. Paid communities. Create and sell courses. Grow your pages with storytelling. Draw people into you.

Design Twitter went to war yesterday, and I had a front row seat 😭 Here's everything that happened 🧵 It started innocently. @theboyfalana posted a logo concept for a brand called Snazzy Digital Techspace. Day 3 of his 30-day design challenge. He was proud. The replies were calm. Then he tagged Tina. 😭 @realtinabrown_ | Logo Queen showed up and did not come to play. "This is 0/10" Why? • We are in 2026, not 2010 • Monogram, Low effort • Colours, Dull • Typography? Not working • Presentation? Dated • Mockups? A no. No soft landing. Just a verdict. O pa danu! 🤣

Great advice! Anyone can give you. I began my career in branding and later expanded my expertise to include: - Product (UI/UX) design - Website development using Framer On the side, I’ve engaged in brand deals, founded two startups, and invested in small businesses. Imagine if I hadn’t taken these paths, I’m certain I would be stuck somewhere. Don’t rely solely on one path or skill set. I’m still exploring more options, but here’s some advice: focus on your career and avoid getting involved in drama or stirring up conflicts. Your success will come as long as you continue to learn and work hard.
