Turns out Governor Hobbs was right when she said Arizona voters wanted sanity over chaos. After Hobbs vetoed every border bill put on her desk that would help keep our communities safe, Arizona Republicans sent the Secure the Border Act to the ballot and empowered voters to choose for themselves. Ultimately, Arizona chose sanity over chaos at our southern border by passing Prop. 314. Promises made. Promises kept.

🚨 JUST IN: BILL SIGNED INTO LAW When your home is damaged, your business is hit, or everything’s on the line… the last thing you should be doing is waiting weeks for an insurance adjuster. SB 1415, sponsored by @SenatorBolick, is now law — allowing experienced adjusters already licensed in other states to get to work in Arizona without jumping through redundant hoops. That means more qualified adjusters on the ground and faster help when people need it most. ✔️ Broad bipartisan support ✔️ Gets experienced professionals working faster ✔️ Helps speed up claims and recovery Read more: azleg.gov/legtext/57leg/…

🚨 JUST IN: BILL SIGNED INTO LAW After 14-year-old Emily Pike went missing and was later found murdered, @CarineWerner took action. SB 1125 is now law — a direct result of her investigation into government failures that left warning signs missed and children unprotected. This bipartisan measure strengthens coordination between DCS and tribal governments — improving communication, oversight, and information sharing to help prevent tragedies like Emily’s from happening again. ✔️ Broad bipartisan support ✔️ Part of a larger child safety reform package ✔️ Focused on fixing what failed This is about protecting kids — and making sure the system never looks the other way again. 🚨 JUST IN: BILL SIGNED INTO LAW Dangerous criminals deemed incompetent to stand trial will no longer slip through the cracks and be released back into Arizona communities. HB 2307 closes a major gap in state law by ensuring these individuals are placed in a secure setting when no beds are available — protecting public safety and holding the system accountable. ✔️ Passed with broad bipartisan support ✔️ Sponsored by @Leo4AzSenate ✔️ Strengthened by @SenatorAngius' amendment No more excuses. Public safety comes first. Read more: azleg.gov/legtext/57leg/…

🚨 JUST IN: Senate Democrats voted NO on telling students the truth. HB2040 requires schools to be transparent with students about adoption, resources, and real-world outcomes when sex education is taught. That’s it. Information. Transparency. Facts. Democrats still voted no. They didn’t just oppose a bill. They opposed giving students access to basic information about life, choices, and support. What are they afraid of? Republicans voted YES for transparency, informed decisions, and putting students first.

Lt. Col. Salvatore Carpitano was killed in a traffic collision near Luke Air Force Base earlier this year. Today, the Arizona Senate honored his life and service. His family watched from the gallery. An Italian Air Force pilot. A husband. A father. A leader. He also worked with Arizona lawmakers to support military families, helping pass driver license reciprocity for foreign service members. @AZSenatorShamp shares his story. 🎥

Shout out to the newest member of our legislature, Representative Cody Reim @codyreim247, who gave us an update on his first busy week at the state capitol — welcome to the arena, Cody! A heartfelt thank you to @MerissaCaldwell and @EZAZorg for bringing together such an impressive group of elected officials. Rep. John Gillette @AzRepGillette spoke on election integrity, Sen. Carine Werner @CarineWerner Chair of the Health & Human Services Committee—shared updates on several of her bills, and we heard from legislators Marshall and Heap as they run for the Corporate Commission. These are the conversations that matter. Staying informed, staying connected, and showing up for our community — that’s what it’s all about. 🇺🇸 @LD3azgop48 @AZGOP @AZHouseGOP @AZSenateGOP
