@bickdaddy @SBakerMD That is indicative that they control the blood sugar well - meaning it doesn’t spike or stay high frequently. You can have plenty of carbs as long as you use enough insulin appropriately and still get a good A1C level

@sam_gzstrength I used to have (still?) muscle imbalances in my hamstrings and each time I went to progress in DL something would pull or strain. Swapping that out for RDL where I can start at the top of the movement gave me more muscle growth then DL and also fixed some of my imbalances

A novice lifter is going to get more development from getting his Deadlift up to 405-500 that he will doing 135-225 pound RDL's for sets of 6-10 because "I feel my hamstrings and glutes better" Guy who can pull 500+ can do 315 RDL's for sets of 10-20 which would be a good stimulus Guy who deadlifts 225 gets basically 0 benefit from 135 pound RDL's Build Your Base, then use that base to carve later

TDD (Test-Driven Development) es una de las mejores formas de desarrollar con IA y no veo que se hable de esto. la secuencia es: primero tests → después implementación → resultados más predecibles. cuando en Claude Code decís “implementá un sistema de suscripciones”, el agente genera todo y después vos chequeás que “funcione”. pero es difícil estar seguro de que cubriste todos los casos. tdd cambia el orden. primero definís comportamiento. por ejemplo: - escribí un test donde un usuario sin suscripción activa no puede acceder a features premium - escribí un test donde si cancela hoy, el acceso dura hasta el final del ciclo vos no tenés que escribir todo. activá /plan y pedile que explore escenarios, detecte casos borders y te pregunte qué debería pasar antes de implementar. cuando los tests están claros, le decís: “implementá lo necesario para que pasen.” ahí recién empieza a generar el código para cumplir reglas que ya definiste. tenés mucha más claridad sobre lo que hace el sistema, reducís errores y controlás mejor lo que hace el agente. pruébenlo. cambia mucho la forma de construir.
