The AI pullback has begun. The honeymoon is over. Nvidia has cut off OpenAI after it's "maybe last" 30 billion dollar round. Nvidia also cutting off Anthropic " last 10 Billion dollar investment." They went from 100 billion -> We meant over time -> Just 30 billion and no more. Nvidia say it's because OpenAI is going public, but I feel the circle of AI funding might be ending it's glory days. I said there would be a bubble in AI but not the kind that stops it. There would be a shakeout, followed by a clear round of stable winners, just like the dot com bubble. Maybe this is the beginning.
