@mitchellvii It’s happening a lot with whites as well, but it’s shown more with blacks. Nothing wrong with your question, but you lack the fact that it’s happening a lot with others as well.

I hesitate to post this because I don't want to sound racist but I have to ask. Are these huge brawls in public between black people a cultural thing? Because you never really see a bunch of white people fighting in the street or in a public place like a mall or an airport or a restaurant. And the head-stomping part. I mean that's attempted murder. You could go to prison for years for that and even though they're being filmed, they seem to do it with abandon. I'm having a hard time comprehending the whole thing.
