You know what also isn’t healthy. Working 45-50 hours in security engineering where daily stress is at an all time high with AI. Increase my blood pressure, mental health, etc. All while making sure I support my family of 5. Worrying about quarterly goals, projects and the anxiety of making sure I nail each one.
