Emma & Lyla @EmmaHoll2027 @LylaHollingswo1 are traveling the country facing real rise-ball and drop-ball pitching the kind that exposes one-dimensional mechanics fast. At that level, perfect swings are rare. What matters is adjustability. While others chase “barrel depth” through forced hand snaps and rearward drop, we train depth by staying connected to center mass and keeping the hands anchored longer. Real depth happens naturally, not by posing into positions. Elite hitters have options because their body has options:
• hold the hands back longer
• match the rise ball without collapsing
• drive the knee down to match the drop ball
• control center so the barrel path organizes late and tight And here’s the core truth:
There is no “UP” without first controlling “DOWN.”
Once a hitter organizes the feet, pelvis, and shoulders downward, the up becomes late, efficient, and powerful. The bat doesn’t create elite hitting. 
Movement around center mass does. That’s why Emma and Lyla aren’t chasing pretty swings they’re learning to move, adjust pitch-to-pitch, and truly play the zone. They’re preparing not just to swing at college velocity, but to compete against it. Keep it real.
Keep it adjustable.
Keep it rooted in movement.
