Military personnel of the Russian Northern Fleet were killed in the crash of an An-26 aircraft in Crimea, per the governor of Murmansk Region, Andrey Chibis. He did not specify how many Northern Fleet servicemen were on board or killed in the crash. Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that a total of 29 people died as a result of the crash — six crew members and 23 passengers.
