Russian Navy Amur-class repair ship PM-82 was observed on 15 July at 06:08 UTC in position 13°15'51.7"N, 02°02.1'E, hove to. The vessel subsequently proceeded to a rendezvous point with an unidentified ship, to which it is expected to provide logistical support. This is the same rendezvous point that has been used consistently for several months.(by @te3ej ) @SONARROW_OSINT @KaptainLOMA @UKForcesTracker @Capt_Navy @CeciliaSykala @17frosted @DonnetJules @TiaFarris10

🇸🇾#Syrian commercial sources suggest that 🇷🇺 #Russia may be preparing to re-establish a long-term presence at #Tartus. - According to Rus Line, one of the former naval piers would remain available for the Russian Navy, while Pier 4 would be converted into a commercial cargo terminal. Russian and Syrian sources also claim that a preliminary understanding between Moscow and Damascus was reached earlier this year. If these reports prove accurate over the coming weeks, several OSINT indicators should become increasingly visible. These would likely include a gradual rise in Russian #maritime activity across the Eastern #Mediterranean, more frequent naval deployments, increased cargo vessel traffic, and renewed logistical operations centered on Tartus. An initial point of interest is the current positioning of several Russian-linked cargo vessels. Lady Mariia and Lady D are already operating in the #Mediterranean, while Lady R is transiting northbound from the Red Sea. Although their presence alone does not confirm any change in Russian posture, a convergence of these vessels toward Tartus—particularly if accompanied by cargo handling activity or repeated port calls—would represent a noteworthy OSINT indicator consistent with the reported plans for the port's renewed logistical role. @SONARROW_OSINT @TiaFarris10 @KaptainLOMA @key2med @17frosted @kattyfun1 @DonnetJules @Richard_AHolmes @InsiderGeo

Great Belt Bridge, Denmark | July 13, 2026 The Russian Moma-class intelligence ship RFS Kildin (512) was observed today transiting the Danish Straits after passing through the Great Belt. Notably, a protective net structure can be seen fitted forward of the bridge. This type of improvised protection has become increasingly common on Russian naval vessels that lack dedicated counter-UAS (drone) defensive capabilities, likely intended to reduce the effectiveness of FPV drone attacks. Some OSINT observers have also noted that other Russian warships are increasingly being fitted with electronic warfare (EW) systems to improve protection against drone threats, reflecting the broader adaptation of the fleet to the evolving threat environment. The vessel's final destination remains unknown. While some analysts speculate that Kildin could be heading toward the Mediterranean Sea, there is currently no official confirmation or independent evidence to support that assessment. @SONARROW_OSINT @te3ej @TiaFarris10 @KaptainLOMA @17frosted @auonsson @UKForcesTracker @shortwave78 @DonnetJules @osc_london

Update | Vessel ADLER Russian-flagged vessel ADLER departed Kaliningrad on 1 July 2026 and is currently tracked west of Portugal, sailing south. The vessel has previously been linked in open-source reporting to Russian military-related logistics and operations involving Mediterranean and African routes. At this stage, the final destination and cargo remain unconfirmed. Any possible link to Russian activities in Africa requires further verification through AIS tracking, satellite imagery and port call analysis. Monitoring ongoing.

Update | M/V LADY R AIS data indicate that Lady R, following a Pacific voyage and recent port activity in India, is currently transiting north through the southern Red Sea. Based on its present track and the reported position of Lady Mariia off Port Said, a possible rendezvous between the two vessels in the Mediterranean approach cannot be excluded. Any future joint movement remains unconfirmed and would require further AIS monitoring.

Update | M/V LADY MARIIA AIS data show the Lady Mariia, following a voyage from the Pacific and a recent port call in India, has completed its Suez transit and is now holding position off Port Said in the Mediterranean. The vessel's next destination remains unconfirmed. Based on its current position, it could make a port call in the Mediterranean or resume a northbound voyage toward the Baltic following routine operational activities such as bunkering or scheduling.

🛰️ 🇷🇺 Exclusive sat pic : MIKHAIL BRITNEV has docked in Lomé, Togo 🇹🇬 . The 🇷🇺 cargo vessel, which departed Baltiysk carrying military vehicules, does not appear to have begun unloading as of 9 July. Worth keeping an eye on this shipment if it goes to Africa Corps in Mali 👀

🚢🇹🇬🇷🇺 The MIKHAIL BRITNEV has finally arrived in Togo. We had expected it to follow the same usual route to Conakry 🇬🇳. If this shipment is indeed destined for the Africa Corps in Mali, the road ahead will be long and risky 👀

Rosatom has announced the installation of the reactor pressure vessel for Unit 2 at Egypt's El Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant, marking another key milestone in the Russia–Egypt civil nuclear partnership. From an OSINT perspective, projects of this scale deepen long-term strategic ties through financing, technology transfer, fuel supply, and technical cooperation. These agreements strengthen Russia's regional presence and expand its network of partners at a time when access to traditional facilities such as Tartus remains uncertain. The growing relationship between Moscow and Cairo is therefore relevant not only in the energy domain but also in the broader context of Russian access, logistics, and maritime posture in the Eastern Mediterranean. x.com/rusembegypt/st… #OSINT #Russia #Egypt #Rosatom #ElDabaa #Geopolitics
