That’s precisely why we got a wonderful Golberian rescue we named Benjamin 4 weeks ago - he’s 14 weeks old now. The Queen of the house and center of our universe, Mona Lisa, is figuring him out! The thought of living without Mona is the quickest way to make my eyes water. Lots of love going on here!

Yesterday, with my son and husband, we watched NASA’s preshow, the Artemis ll take off and flight towards the dark side of the moon. We prayed for the astronauts safety and truly felt the magnitude of this happening. I completely agree. As someone who believes in Elon’s vision, I’m confident this will be addressed in time. In the meantime, it really comes down to looking out for each other checking profiles carefully, being cautious with DMs, and calling out anything that seems off. Even with tools like Grok, scammers are getting increasingly clever, so staying vigilant is key.

@BarbSabran I agree this is a real issue. It’s too easy for scammers to impersonate people, and the reporting system needs to be faster and work even if the real person isn’t on X. Until that’s fixed, people should stay alert and block anything suspicious.

Agree, Ethan. Scammers are commonly positioning themselves as working for @elonmusk and some also have non/famous names (being copied), but still have a verified status and lots of followers, so it’s not always as easy to check. We have the benefit of Grok now and checking someone out is a bit easier. For some, like me, it means that I’m less likely to respond to any DMs. Sometimes the scammer doesn’t show any motive until days later - when you thought it was an ok ping to respond to them. Fake AI built websites are positioned as a credibility standpoint. Lately - just in this past week I had 4 different scammers who were quite clever in their approach. This problem will harm X if they don’t make reporting and a follow-through X response as part of their business protocol. Fortunately I’ve not been scammed, but now I’m not responding to new connections DMs.

Scammers have figured out X does not make it possible to report impersonators unless the person impersonated has an X account. So many scammers out there pretending to work with Elon! Don’t believe it, block. X - in the meantime, make a better and faster way to report the fakers. @elonmusk They send fake audio files of Elon, fake websites and they always want you to download a messenger app. I’ve not fallen for a fake yet - but it is something important that requires better addressing on Xs part - improve the reporting flaw to be a more reliable communication venue. #ScamWarning #ElonMusk
