Mormons are very Christ-like to the point they have a sort of angelic presence. They are really nice and have great teeth. They are also Patriots who want to see our country achieve greatness and for our people to thrive.

Mainstream Christians believe in three persons who are one god. Latter-day Saints believe in three persons who make up a “godhead.” You still believe that there are three people who share a divine essence. That’s not strict monotheism.

@realDrTT The Nicene Creed was created by a committee of men acting without authority or revelation. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was organized after God revealed the truth and restored priesthood authority thru ministering angels.

So with all these arguments about whether or not Mormons are Christian, i'd like to hear from them directly about what they believe. If you're a Mormon and you're reading this, please tell me, do you agree with the Nicean Creed? If not, which parts?

Sorry not sorry, but Mormons (LDS) are not Christians. I know that stings some folks, but truth matters more than feelings. Christianity is the faith of the One Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church founded by Christ and His Apostles preserved through Holy Tradition, the Nicene Creed, the real presence in the Eucharist, and the Trinity as understood from the beginning. LDS theology teaches a different God (a progression of gods, not the eternal Trinity), adds new scriptures that contradict the Bible and early Church, and follows a whole different path of salvation. That’s not a “restoration” or another denomination. It’s another religion with Christian-sounding language. The Church isn’t a buffet. It’s the Hospital for our souls, and it has clear boundaries set by the Apostles and the Saints. Let’s love people enough to tell them the truth instead of playing nice with confusion. Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, not one option among many.

@ReformedRad I see your Galatians and raise you Revelation 14:6.

Scripture gatekeeps doctrine and warns against heresies. Galatians 1:8 "But if we or an angel from Heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed." I want LDSs to be saved, but we can't reach them if they think they already are.
