@amnxnet I think what‘s potentially harming in this case is leaving the battery on 100% for a very long time (wether it‘s plugged in or not) so might wanna limit it to 80% or 90%.

From my testing, OLED uses like 40% more power than LCD at 60hz and can be up to 2.5x more at 120hz depending on the panel
The high efficiency smartphone panels are not used on laptops, the power draw can be up to 10-15W!
