Anyone know why there is inconsistency in bike cut off times at @IRONMANtri 70.3 races? Times vary from 5h15 from swim start to 6 hours in one race I saw. Generally the cut off is 5h30 from when you cross the timing mat. @IMSouthAfrica 70.3’s are all 5h15.

@LindsayKnake Yeah, I'm about 95% okay now! I can do all training except vo2 max running sessions. There I'm still seeing HR max numbers that will haven't seen since about 6 years ago! Good luck with the recovery. It needs patience!

@LindsayKnake Hope you feel better soon! Similar happened to me - husband tested positive and even though my test was negative I was sick. I could tell in my training data that it must have been covid -resting HR was high for a long time and it took 4/6weeks to be able to train properly again

My friend’s baby was born prematurely and sadly passed away after about 2/3months. Now she is trying to get work to give her that time as maternity leave but they say she can’t because baby was in hospital. 💔 it’s so unfair that she has to deal with this now. Policy is dumb
