Make sure to check the reference for direction (comments), which I think is a Japanese Ryukin (red). Tough reference though!
Shape, coloration, pattern, etc. are all important aspects in fish competitions. Some types, like this goldfish, require exacting attention to detail, at the risk of becoming unintentionally unidentifiable.
Working in low pixel density obviously makes this a bit fishicult. 😜
