This is a really boring tweet. For anyone who's had the dreaded plantar fasciitis (heel pain). Did it eventually go or did you need to get treatment /do those annoying exercises constantly? Someone suggested reflexology to me. I've never done that. Worth trying? Boring tweet fin.

@rhysam Yep looked up flights to regional Qld. A trip I have made many times. Flights are now over 1k return. In the 20 years I've been flying there I've never seen prices so high. And they have the monopoly. No one else flies there. No points flights either. Horrific

I’m burnt out. I want to pay for some sort of restorative experience and I don’t even care if it’s hooey. What should I try? What’s the best thing? Is it massage? Crystals? Flotation? Sound bath? Needles? I would pay someone to beat me with leeks if they can convince me it helps.

@lavosaurus Prague. Stockholm. Krakow. Berlin. Lisbon. Went to all of those on my own and more. Highly recommend each. Definitely try to do at least 2 to 3 nights in one place. Take your time to see the sights and absorb it all. Rushing from place to place can be tiring.

The winter peak of COVID infections is finally coming down, with settings including a 7 day isolation period. Govts have now changed it to 5 days. It is as if they want the health system operating on the edge of collapse.
