The panel session “The Inclusion Imperative: Building Financial Products That Serve, Not Just Sell” at Nigeria Fintech Forum 2025 tackled one of the most urgent questions in African fintech: how do we create financial systems that don’t just sell, but serve meaningfully? The session explored how digitizing B2B supply chains can unlock inclusive finance for rural and informal retailers, while addressing infrastructure gaps that limit access. Panelists highlighted innovations improving financial confidence among first-time or low-literacy users, especially through conversational platforms that meet customers where they are.
