What kind of behavior is being displayed from @CGasparino of @FoxBusiness ? Clear example of mainstream media not focussed on the truth , but instead company objectives and an uninformed narrative. To be clear Charlie stated that the SEC won this case and #Ripple lost. XRP is not a security. This victory for @Ripple is a win for the entire industry and a step toward regulatory clarity in the U.S. A huge thank you to @bgarlinghouse, @chrislarsensf, and @s_alderoty for their leadership and the #XRPCommunity for their continued support.

A huge win today – as a matter of law - XRP is not a security. Also a matter of law - sales on exchanges are not securities. Sales by executives are not securities. Other XRP distributions – to developers, to charities, to employees are not securities.

We said in Dec 2020 that we were on the right side of the law, and will be on the right side of history. Thankful to everyone who helped us get to today’s decision – one that is for all crypto innovation in the US. More to come.
