What the hell is going on that the city is refusing to ticket scofflaws?! Also 100% @BiRiteSF FAIL. Teach your driver's to stop blocking traffic and don't penalize them for following traffic laws.

Such a prime storefront on 9th Ave. btwn Irving and Lincoln. Formally and quite briefly a Lemonade - now vacant for quite a bit. Even before COVID I believe... What would your ideal tenant be? A late night dining option would be clutch in my opinion.

@Joshmedia Funny enough, as much as I love cooking, Indian food never turns out as well when I cook it as when I get it from a local restaurant. Probably not adding near enough ghee. The best I do with lentils is variety of @BiRiteSF salad recipes. Their cook book is awesome.
