Our soldiers were being used as pawns so that higher powers could protect their interests in the Middle East (oil, money, territory) It also lends weight to General Wesley Clarkes claim about a premeditated plan to overthrow seven countries in the Middle East. If anyone should be on trial it should be our intelligence agencies who are in my view the most dangerous bureaucrats of all, along with gullible politicians like Howard who just repeat deep state propaganda with no scrutiny whatsoever or consideration for the lives of people impacted by their decisions.
