@BitcoinHopium Fair point. High network fees on a €4 coffee make no sense. The Bitwala Card charges €0.20 + 1% per transaction, with no network fees passed to you. Lightning brings fees even lower if your merchant supports it.

@Bitwala Sounds good in theory. But those network fees can kill the vibe. I think we need better solutions for everyday use. Until then, it's still a hassle for small transactions.

@MarioB_UAE Lightning works differently. From your end, you're spending Bitcoin. From the merchant's end, it's a card payment in euros. They don't need to accept Bitcoin at all. The conversion happens invisibly.
