@tomfgoodwin I’m not sure it’s an agency thing. Society has told us all to think power of me vs power of we. An office is a very unselfish environment as we support one another. Now it’s what will suit a personal agenda. The good news is that we can reframe to suit all, but it takes work.

I’m old enough to remember when a lot of people rather liked their jobs and liked going into an office and it was often but not always a lot of fun. I do wonder what changed. But it’s really shifted. A lot of jobs seem to be looking spreadsheets all day removed from anything that matters.
