@cosimo1464 @Ducatistealth @JakeLoughlin3 @CJohn84 @Paulbritland1 Can Avacta really get the full potential of pre/CISION to market? They simply do not have the resources and size to do so other than in a small piecemeal way. That is why, in the absence of partners/license deals, the market refuses to rerate the stock imo.

@Ducatistealth @JakeLoughlin3 @CJohn84 @Paulbritland1 #avct hand wringing is natural but those who may buy the stock MUST be in a little bit of disbelief about whether this little co can get something so disruptive to market. The ‘realisation’ that it can and the share price are directly proportional.

@nick164935 @JakeLoughlin3 @Mike182035 I’m confident the 6103 data will be excellent but we won’t know until H2, likely Q4 and then only initial data. Not sure CR data will be available in isolation. Whether that triggers a TO remains to be seen. Bidding war may require more.

@BobDibble8 @JakeLoughlin3 @Mike182035 The bids could come a lot sooner if #avct announce complete responses from 6103. DE could get to a therapeutic dose that elicits CR much quicker than generally thought, partly due to employing BOIN. In preclinical, 6103-treated PXD mice resulted in 8 CRs and many other PRs.

#AVCT 1/n "Threaten we are going to list in the US by all means" Good negotiators don't threaten what they're not prepared to do - imo 1 of 3 things will happen in 2026: - partner/jv on our terms - Nasdaq funding - pharma go to T/O Imo neither CC or pharma want T/O Tick tock

@JakeLoughlin3 @Mike182035 With his purchase in the last raise RH confirmed he knew how good pre/CISION was. He knows it’s commercial value. The 6103 initial data is the TO starting gun. Q4/26 or Q1/27 likely action imo.

@Mike182035 Happy to wait too, I think it’s unrealistic to think that happens this year though but the liklihood increases massively from 2027. What people need to ask themselves is why would RH put his reputation on the line for #AVCT if this wasn’t the real deal. He is not a messer

@tom_the_bomb__ Excellent summary Tom, for 6K I now want to see: P2 design Partnership to move into P2 FDA pathway confirmation. Then the wider development of 6103 can move at pace without financial constraint. Avacta management doing a great job.

A few thoughts on the latest #AVCT #ASCO26 data. Importantly, the headline numbers are broadly consistent with previous data releases: ➡️ 4 partial responses ➡️ 9 minor responses ➡️ 92% disease control rate ➡️ Only 3 patients with progressive disease out of 38 evaluable SGC patients The consistency really stands out to me. Exactly what you want to see nearly 5 years in. It’s not unusual to see early efficacy signals weaken when cohorts expand. The 1B data is reinforcing what was seen in 1A rather than contradict it (key). The waterfall plot is very interesting. Tumour shrinkage and disease control appear broad, with multiple patients still on treatment and others remaining under progression follow up. The cardiac data is possibly the most important aspect of the poster IMO. 6000’s proposition has always been simple = can you deliver dox to tumours whilst avoiding the cardiac toxicity that limits conventional doxorubicin? Yes we can. The exposure response analysis suggests no meaningful relationship between cumulative released doxorubicin exposure and LVEF. The regression line is essentially flat(...!). Even more encouraging is the fact that 111 patients have now been dosed and no cardiomyopathy events have been observed. Released dox appears in circulation gradually following FAP cleavage within the TME, rather than producing the sharp systemic peak concentrations typically associated with standard dox. In other words, the efficacy, PK and cardiac datasets are all pointing in the same direction. This increasingly looks less like a company generating the evidence required to support discussions around registrational development, not just prove the concept anymore. The FDA pathway discussions remain key, but I continue to believe the bigger story here is not just AVA6000. It’s the growing body of evidence supporting preCISION as a platform. AVA6000 might be Gen 1, but every piece of clinical evidence demonstrating tumour selective payload release increases confidence in what Gen 2 assets such as 6103 could achieve. Next up? The much larger TNBC indication that has been forecasted to achieve $2.2B peak revenue in just 5-6 years.

@PJ_Crabb Yeah they have the clout to really drive pre/CISION and make full use of the platform to take oncology to a much higher level. Patients need this asap.

@BobDibble8 Indeed. SGC a type of head and neck cancer and as we know very difficult to treat. J&J has circa $18.2bn cash on balance sheet. First and foremost let’s deal on SGC and strengthen our balance sheet! #AVCT

msn.com/en-gb/health/o… Tumours started to respond within about six weeks and patients had a median of a little more than six-and-a-half months before the cancer started to grow again, it found. FAP-dox will best this breakthrough with ease. #AVCT

@PJ_Crabb RNS eagerly awaited, if the PFS really is outstanding then J&J and others will be taking note. J&J not often mentioned as TO candidates but I think they could be serious contenders.

Amivantamab gets an article in The Independent because it beat median PFS by 50% to 6.5 months so if FAP-dox beats that by 50% it’s very impressive. J&J will be watching closely as will others. A huge end to H1 for FAP-dox and FAP-Exd could be dosing at optimum come July. #AVCT

#avct for so long had scientists doing business level board room work and have always lacked a cutthroat business person to execute it….until now. RH is that out and out business man. They’re adding biotech expertise to support him and have CC leading the science/tech. A-team!
Jake Thornton@YorkshirPuddin

@BobDibble8 Of course, and the company have been fairly explicit on that. You have to give up something to maximise the upside. I guess my point here is that for the first time I feel like #avct knows it’s worth and how to maximise value. With finally the right people to execute!

#avct The more of these deals you see involving pre clinical assets cements for me that Avacta know exactly what they’re sat on and are barricading the door until max value and the right partner is found. They won’t give it away. RH is the man to steer this ship!

Hi Steve, there's a HUGE amount to come over the next 9-12 months for #AVCT. • 6000 data (ASCO + BIO International) = June 26 • 6207 payload disclosure = June/July 26 • 6103 1A data = November/December 26 • 6103 1B start = March 27 In between this, I'm expecting a partner on 6000 for Phase 2 and deal(s) on 6207. I'd like to see deals on 6000 & 6207 landing before mid/late July based on the timings above. I would also like to see them officially plan to list on NASDAQ in Q4 2026 / Q1 2027, which would sit nicely under the 9-12 month plan. IMO, Avacta won’t want to list on NASDAQ before the market fully understands what 6103 / Gen 2 is. Personally, I would not be surprised if management are targeting a NASDAQ listing after strong AVA6103 validation and potentially alongside major partnering activity on this. That would likely create a very different valuation environment to listing today. Every year, this company gets more and more exciting.

@tom_the_bomb__ @FiercePharma @avacta It acts a lot quicker with far less tumour penetration and lasts longer all the time sparring healthy tissue. If that’s not a recipe for commercial success I don’t know what is. Just a question of time.

@PJ_Crabb @PaulDenbigh @cthao2101 Hi Paul probably right but I still think it’s possible BP may see 6K as a route in to avct to build a relationship and become a preferred bidder on TO. Bear in mind the team will likely move to the acquirer. BP not too fussed about SGC but yes to Avacta?

@PaulDenbigh @cthao2101 No a partner for 6000 unlikely to be acquirer of #AVCT or 6103. Likely a mid-sized pharma takes 6000 and guaranteed exclusivity on SGC and a major makes a move for 6103 which will surely mean a TO.

#AVCT genuine question AVA6000 is only 1 year ahead of AVA6103 in clinical trials after mega slow development of AVA6000. Presumably if AVA6103 works it would work on SGC. Why would big pharma want to partner on AVA6000 when it first gen and 2nd gen only 1 year behind.

@Mike182035 I think that’s a fair summary Mike. NASDAQ listing is always an option but the preference imo would be a partnership with good up front payment for 6K and a data led sp rise before listing in the US. With CC and RH Avacta has steady hands.
