Oh, this is a good one. Let me explain: We have items that we "win" on, and we have items that we "lose" on. In simple terms: we sell collectibles and demand is based upon perceived value. Some items are perceived as a bad deal at MSRP, some are an amazing deal at MSRP. In order to not be stuck with all the bad products, we have to sell at under MSRP and sometimes under cost. We need the good products to balance that out. Additionally, we have real costs like employees, insurance, website, credit card fees, etc. Our hard costs before we make a single penny are well into the 7 figures. We can sell SOME things at a great price and still do okay, but we can't sell everything at that price and remain a financially healthy company. There is a lot more to this, but that's the gist.

The family is in bed, and I am too old for shenanigans, so I've got a few hours. Do you guys have any questions for us?
