@WillSwaithes I am a week away from losing my boot! Starting to walk with a wedge in my trainers! Sending positive vibes with your rehab. 💪

2 weeks ago today I ruptured my Achilles. Too high up into the muscular junction for surgery but I’m grateful for my new routine of morning workouts in the absence of (stupid) racket sports. Can’t wait to get this boot off in 10 wks. Anyone else in injury rehab?

Unfortunately, after 13 hours in A&E overnight this is now my view for the foreseeable future … who said sport is good for you??!

@OCR_PhysEd what are the filming requirements for kayaking as a practical activity. We are struggling to film a race in its entirety due to its length, as parts of the river are not passable along the riverbank.

One thing I've learnt over the years is that it's usually a good idea to have a plan for change. The plan gathers people and shows the way. But lasting change is inherently emergent so don’t expect the change to exactly match the plan. The plan needs to be just “good enough” at the start, allowing room for tensions, uncertainties, and learning. Graphic by @lizandmollie
