I’m in a similar boat. Without getting accredited it’s almost not worth bothering putting content out. There are a lot of suck ups and back stabbers in boxing media. I’ll never be one of them. I remember when Anthony Leaver used to walk into a room and certain members of the media would drop what they’re doing and run over to him to compliment his shoes or hairstyle in the hopes he’d remember them when it’s accreditation time 😂. I call them guys blowjobbers. Maybe because we’re different is why we’re so far down the pecking order too.

@Rah_Hokum I can handle not getting accredited in favour of big outlets. It’s frustrating when I’m getting declined but I see an outlet with 32 subscribers accredited to an event I’ve been declined for. It won’t stop me though Rah I’ll keep working.

Most of them have zero knowledge of anyone below world level, so they underrate anyone they haven’t heard of. You follow even low level fighters 👍
