Haemorrhoids is something that has happened to a loved one of mine and I never wish it on anybody. Severe haemorrhoids can: •Swell to the point where they protrude outside the body •Cause intense pain that affects sleep and daily activities •Lead to infections or clotting (thrombosed haemorrhoids), which are extremely painful •Require medical procedures and in some cases, surgery Crazy thing is, it doesn’t go away on its own.
