Today I filed HB 15 to require all residential care facilities to be licensed. The requirements for licensure are not burdensome. After all, the rule for licensure begins “The safety and welfare of children is paramount.” house.mo.gov/BillsMobile.as…

I will note a number of these licensing requirements prohibit what Agape is alleged to be doing. We need to require #Agape, #Heartland, #CircleOfHope, and other residential facilities follow the same requirements to keep children safe. #TTI
