We know that the market is an aggregating mechanism of buying and selling orders, which expresses optimism and pessimism about the current and future state of companies and economies globally. The keyword for us is "future" as we believe markets price in upcoming fundamental developments. If you agree (at least partially) with what I wrote above — and you might not be — then I ask: What if the current market movement has very little to do with the Iran war?
