@ridgewallet please get back to me regarding my warranty I submitted over a month ago. Emailed y’all 3x and haven’t heard anything……..

@British_Airways Be Better. Representative mentioned other airlines will cancel and refund no issue, but not British Airways. I’ll never book with them again and hope no one else does either.

@British_Airways is the absolute worst. Booked a flight for our honeymoon and needed to cancel due to medical reasons. Have documents from doctors and they said a refund is only valid if you have a death certificate or are terminally Ill. Horrible airlines and even worse service!

Be aware when flying @Delta - Just flew with them and my new shoes magically disappeared from my luggage. They were able to do absolutely nothing, since it was outside of their 24 hr claim timeline when I submitted a claim. At least they apologized. SMH @Delta #horribleservice

Just waited on hold for two hours. Someone picked up and hung up. Please reach out so I can speak to someone regarding this major inconvenience. @Allegiant

@Allegiant ridiculous that you cancel flights minutes before and have only one flight and leave people hanging. Then when you call, your phone is busy. To talk to a representative. This is the third time in 4 months. Now I’m stuck paying for an expensive flight to get home. 👎🏽
