RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat Comes Openly to Save Dogs – Urges Sterilization, Not Removal In a heartfelt stand for the voiceless, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat has openly supported the cause of protecting community dogs, urging the nation to adopt sterilization and vaccination as the true, humane solution instead of forceful removal. "Dogs are part of our community’s natural balance. For centuries, they have lived alongside us — guarding our streets, offering companionship, and silently serving as an important part of the environment. We must protect them with compassion, responsibility, and proper management. Sterilization and vaccination are the real answers, not displacement." — Mohan Bhagwat This strong statement reinforces the growing sentiment among citizens, animal welfare groups, and compassionate leaders that community animals deserve care, respect, and coexistence, not cruelty. By advocating for sterilization drives, mass vaccinations, and public awareness, Bhagwat highlights that humanity’s greatness is measured by how it treats its most vulnerable beings @LiveLawIndia @barandbench @PMOIndia

Noida Community Dog Anti-Rabies Vaccination Drive In a landmark initiative for the welfare of our community animals, House of Stray Animals in collaboration with Shivalaya Animal Wellness Centre and with the full support of the Noida Authority has successfully launched an Anti-Rabies Vaccination Drive across multiple sectors of Noida. This drive is aimed at protecting both community dogs and the residents of Noida from the threat of rabies by ensuring maximum coverage in every sector. Our dedicated team of veterinary doctors, para-veterinarians, animal caretakers, and volunteers have been working tirelessly on the ground to vaccinate as many dogs as possible, while also spreading awareness on responsible community animal care. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Noida Authority for their cooperation in providing access, permissions, and logistical assistance to reach every corner of the city. We are equally grateful to the residents, RWAs, and local volunteers for actively participating and helping us catch and vaccinate the dogs in their respective areas. Key Highlights of the Drive: Coverage across all Noida sectors, targeting maximum vaccination of community dogs. On-spot health check-ups for dogs to identify any other health issues. Awareness sessions for residents about rabies prevention, humane dog care, and the importance of sterilization. Trained veterinary teams equipped with WHO-approved anti-rabies vaccines. Rabies is 100% preventable through timely vaccination, and with continued community participation, we aim to make Noida a rabies-free city. We thank Shivalaya Animal Wellness Centre and Noida Authority for being strong partners in this mission of compassion, health, and safety for all — both humans and animals. @barandbench @LiveLawIndia @PMOIndia @noida_authority
